Should I pack myself or pay for packing services?

Do you provide packing materials?
Yes! We supply all packing materials including sturdy moving boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper,
furniture covers, mattress bags, and tape. If you choose our full packing service, all materials are
included in the price. You can also purchase materials separately if you prefer to pack yourself.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Absolutely. All our moving services come with basic transit insurance coverage. For high-value items
like electronics, artwork, or antiques, we offer additional comprehensive insurance options. We take
full responsibility for your belongings from pickup to delivery.
Do you move on Fridays and holidays?
Yes, we operate 6 days a week (Saturday through Thursday) and also offer Friday moves upon request
with prior booking. We understand that many families prefer to move on weekends, so we make every
effort to accommodate your schedule including public holidays.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes, our team is experienced in disassembling and reassembling all types of furniture – beds,
wardrobes, dining tables, office workstations, and more. This service is included in our full moving
package. We use the right tools and keep all hardware organized so nothing gets lost.
